HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?
You can give us a call anytime or use the form on our website to provide us with all of the necessary information to give you an accurate quote.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE LEVEL OF SANITIZATION?
Please let us know within 24 hours and we will do everything we can to make it right. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We cannot guarantee same-day booking but we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT IN MY FACILITY FOR MY CLEANING?
No. If you are not present, we ask that you give instructions for how you’d like our staff to enter your facility without you.
DO YOU ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME OF MY BOOKING?
Most of the time, yes. However, we do allow for a one-hour window in case there’s traffic or weather-related circumstances. In the case that your sanitization expert is running late, you will be notified of their estimated time of arrival ASAP.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE SANITIZATION SERVICE?
You will be charged once the service is complete.
ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS?
No. Although we do offer discounts to customers who use our services on a regular basis. However, even if you opt into one of these sanitation packages, you may cancel at any time.
